What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Growth Account Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a strategic role designed for an experienced professional who thrives on driving expansion within our largest and most high-potential accounts. You will act as a commercial guide for your portfolio, working to uncover new opportunities and deepen our footprint across various departments, including product, marketing, engineering, and customer success.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand our presence within high-potential accounts by identifying new buyer centers and uncovering untapped opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to leverage account intelligence, conduct stakeholder mapping, and lead renewal conversations that maximize value and drive upsell.
- Manage the full lifecycle of expansion, from conducting platform demos and sales qualification calls to negotiating contracts and maintaining accurate data within our CRM.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in B2B SaaS Account Management and a hunter mentality. We are looking for someone who can navigate complex organizations and build trust with senior decision-makers. Your qualifications should include:
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, ideally within a company generating over $30M in revenue.
- A proven track record of growing large, complex accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce to manage pipelines and forecast data.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present strategic growth plans to C-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
