What you bring
We are seeking a mid-level professional to join us in a full-time capacity as an Account Manager. You will be based in the United Kingdom, where you can take advantage of our hybrid work model. In this role, you will focus on building deep relationships and ensuring our users get the most out of our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a dedicated portfolio of clients to ensure they successfully realize the value of our product offerings.
- Securing account renewals by maintaining clear communication, highlighting our unique value proposition, and addressing specific customer needs.
- Proactively identifying ways to remove friction for your clients by introducing them to new product features and functionalities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a genuine passion for crypto and a high level of integrity. We are looking for a professional with one to three years of experience in account management, specifically within the Enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, or crypto sectors. You should have a proven track record in discovery, negotiation, and objection handling. We value candidates who possess high energy and a strong aptitude for learning. While not required, experience with sales operations tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is considered a significant bonus.
