Role at a glance

We are seeking a mid-level Account Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is ideal for a candidate who is comfortable working within US time zones and ready to take ownership of client success in a fast-paced agency environment.

Your impact

• Take full ownership of client retention while identifying opportunities to grow their presence within our portfolio.
• Lead monthly reporting cycles and campaign reviews to ensure we are consistently meeting or exceeding client goals.
• Collaborate across our internal teams to advocate for client needs and proactively recommend service expansions like SEO, social media, or new website builds.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in account management, specifically within a marketing agency environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as Hubspot, ClickUp, Asana, or Salesforce.
• A curious, tech-savvy mindset with a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends.

Perks and compensation

We offer a base salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 USD per year, plus a yearly retention bonus of $10,000 to $15,000 paid out quarterly. Our benefits package includes:
