The role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in the Netherlands on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position focused on the DACH region, where you will play a vital role in our international growth. You will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients, helping them integrate our software into their workflows while ensuring they receive the support and training needed to succeed.
Core responsibilities
- Drive business growth through active customer acquisition and by conducting engaging product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Manage the full onboarding process for new users, ensuring a smooth implementation of our software and acting as a bridge between our sales and customer success teams.
- Provide ongoing support and training to our Duitstalige clients via phone, email, and chat to ensure they maximize the value of our platform.
Skills and experience
- You possess at least a bachelor level of professional and intellectual ability.
- You have excellent command of both German and English, as you will be communicating with international clients daily.
- You have a natural ability to connect with people, coupled with a proactive and assertive approach to building relationships.
- You are comfortable with software and automation, and you enjoy solving problems for others.
- Previous experience in the events industry, hospitality, or a B2B SaaS environment is considered a strong advantage.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a monthly salary ranging from €3,000 to €4,000, depending on your specific experience and knowledge. In addition to your pay, you will receive:
