We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Account Manager for the DACH region. Key outcomes
- Manage the full customer lifecycle, from initial consultation to long-term relationship management.
- Advise families on the best learning solutions and match students with the right tutors.
- Drive sales by converting prospects into satisfied clients and securing tutoring package agreements.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and actively generate new customer referrals.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in German (C2 level) is essential for effective communication with our clients.
- A strong sales mindset with the initiative to build your own client base and achieve ambitious targets.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust and provide effective solutions.
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is considered a valuable asset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required for internal operations.
Compensation
The total annual compensation package can reach up to 50,000 EUR, which includes a base salary and performance-based commissions. The base salary component ranges between 23,000 EUR and 30,000 EUR per year, depending on your qualifications. We offer unlimited commission potential based on your success.
