What is this role?

We are looking for an Account Management Operations Associate to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone looking for seasonal, remote work. You will play a vital role in supporting our account managers by handling manual system updates and data entry, which allows our team to stay focused on pricing, inventory, and product conversion. Please note that this role is primarily focused on internal operations rather than direct hotel communication.

What will you do?

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry to keep our partner records and hotel information up to date.
• Support the account management team by handling reactive tasks, such as addressing client inquiries and escalating concerns as needed.
• Take on various ad-hoc projects to help the team reach its goals and ensure a high-quality experience for our hotel partners.
