As we continue to scale, we are looking for a talented individual to join our North America Enterprise Sales Team as a Senior Account Executive. In this hybrid role, you will help us capitalize on significant market potential by driving new logo acquisition within the retail sector and managing key enterprise accounts.
Key outcomes
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within a defined territory to secure new enterprise logos.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to closing high-value, six-figure deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, operational leaders, and other key decision-makers across various lines of business.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges and demonstrate how our solutions provide measurable strategic and operational value.
- Deliver compelling, use-case-specific pitches and product demonstrations, working independently or alongside our value engineers.
- Collaborate effectively with a virtual team, including business development representatives, pre-sales experts, customer success managers, and industry partners to drive collective success.
Requirements
- A proven track record of success in enterprise SaaS sales, specifically in securing new business and meeting revenue targets.
- Extensive experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders within large enterprise organizations.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise business applications, such as ERP, BI, or analytics tools, and the ability to engage confidently with C-suite leadership.
- Solid business acumen, including a clear understanding of key performance indicators across finance and supply chain functions.
- Demonstrated experience or industry knowledge related to the retail sector.
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset that leverages internal and external resources to achieve shared goals.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $128,000 to $180,000 USD. In addition to base pay, your total compensation package will include commission or bonus opportunities, equity in the form of restricted stock units, and a comprehensive benefits suite.
