What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior Account Executive to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Germany where you will serve as the primary business interface between our company and major German automotive OEMs. You will own the end-to-end technical and business relationships with your assigned accounts, acting as the key partner for senior decision-makers as you drive the adoption of our cutting-edge solutions across their vehicle programs.
What will you do?
- Serve as the single point of ownership for your assigned OEM accounts, managing the entire business lifecycle from initial opportunity identification and RFIs to final negotiation and program nomination.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including VPs of ADAS and driving functions, system architects, and various function owners.
- Coordinate across our internal teams, including R&D, product, legal, and finance, to present complex technical concepts and close multi-year deals that align our roadmap with the customer's vehicle architecture.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of experience in automotive OEM-facing roles, such as technical sales, business development, or program leadership. You possess a deep understanding of ADAS and automated-driving systems, as well as the intricacies of OEM sourcing processes. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong, established personal network within German automotive OEMs.
- The ability to translate complex technical value into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading high-stakes business and technical negotiations involving hardware and software solutions.
- Fluency in English, with German language skills considered a significant advantage.
- Technical familiarity with computer vision, embedded software, or semiconductor solutions is highly valued.
