What is this role?
We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. This is a high-impact position where you will help define our commercial strategy and accelerate growth across our B2B platform. You will work directly with our leadership team to shape our sales playbook and drive the initiatives that will define our next stage of development.
What will you do?
- Manage the full sales cycle, ranging from outbound prospecting and discovery calls to negotiation and closing deals within the energy trading sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and maintaining long-term account health through proactive engagement.
- Collaborate closely with our Engineering and Product teams to share customer insights, navigate technical deals, and refine our overall go-to-market strategy.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive hunter with a strong technical aptitude and a passion for high-velocity environments. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within a high-growth, early-stage startup.
- A background in trading, such as energy, commodities, or financial markets, along with the ability to speak the language of technical decision-makers.
- Proven success in selling new product categories and a track record of consistently exceeding performance targets.
- Fluency in English and the ability to travel frequently to meet customers and attend industry events.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools to maintain accurate pipeline data and performance tracking.
- A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and make smart decisions under pressure.
