We pride ourselves on our energetic, entrepreneurial culture and are currently looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our remote team and help us continue our growth.
Key outcomes
- Build a robust pipeline by generating qualified outbound leads through multi-channel prospecting, including email, LinkedIn, and professional communities.
- Lead at least 12 discovery calls each month to understand prospect objectives and align our solutions with their specific growth goals.
- Close new partnerships consistently, aiming for a combined annual contract value of at least $250,000 by your sixth month.
- Maintain perfect CRM hygiene in Pipedrive, ensuring all pipeline stages and deal probabilities are updated weekly.
- Facilitate smooth transitions for new clients by completing handoffs to the Account Management team within five days of closing a deal.
- Drive innovation by testing and refining at least two new outbound strategies or market verticals every quarter.
Requirements
- One to three years of experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales role, with a proven history of exceeding performance targets.
- A hunter mentality focused on relentlessly growing net new advertiser partnerships.
- Demonstrated success closing deals within B2B media, performance marketing, affiliate, or SaaS sectors.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Exceptional outbound communication skills, including the ability to write persuasive emails and conduct effective discovery calls.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Pipedrive, and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000, depending on your location, experience, and expertise. In addition to the base salary, on-target earnings are capped at $90,000 annually, with the potential for upside based on performance. Our total compensation package also features a profit-sharing bonus and the convenience of a fully remote work environment.
