Role at a glance
We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our Inside Sales Team. This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work arrangement. While you can work from anywhere, you will be expected to travel to Chicago, IL, to collaborate with your manager and colleagues up to three times per year. You will play a key role in growing our SwipeSimple Connect product line.
Your impact
- Drive growth by managing the entire sales cycle, from qualifying inbound leads to closing new business through cold calling, email, and social outreach.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients by conducting engaging product demonstrations that highlight how our software solves their specific business needs.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity by keeping all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities updated within our CRM.
What you'll need
- At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the SMB software or payments industry.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and modern sales tools.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, paired with a self-motivated, go-getter attitude.
- Fluency in English.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
