What is this role?

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is an exciting opportunity to help us scale our business in a smart, data-driven way. You will be a key part of our growth, working alongside our marketing and product teams to close contracts with some of the largest companies across the globe.

What will you do?

  • Manage and close high-level business deals within a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Build a robust pipeline by handling inbound inquiries and engaging in strategic, data-driven outbound activities.
  • Collaborate closely with our product and marketing teams to share market insights and help us achieve our larger company objectives.

We are looking for a team player who brings high energy and an entrepreneurial spirit to the office every day. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least one year of experience in high-volume, full-cycle B2B SaaS sales.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining accurate forecasts.
  • A deep understanding of software contract terms and the ability to manage multiple prospect situations at once.
  • Professional fluency in English, as you will be engaging with clients in over 220 countries.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Toronto, Canada.
