The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our growth in the APAC region. You will serve as a key advocate for our staking services, helping institutional clients navigate the complexities of blockchain technology while ensuring they receive the support and insights they need to succeed. This position is perfect for a self-starter who is ready to take ownership of the sales cycle and make a tangible impact on our global expansion.
A day in the life
- You will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying and qualifying new leads to nurturing prospects and closing deals that expand our footprint in the APAC market.
- You will act as a dedicated partner to our clients, providing onboarding support, managing ongoing relationships, and advocating for their unique needs within our product and support teams.
- You will collaborate with your colleagues across the globe to refine our sales collateral, analyze competitor trends, and ensure our staking services remain the gold standard for institutional investors.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a deep understanding of the fintech or blockchain landscape. You communicate clearly in English and bring a proven track record of meeting ambitious sales targets. You are comfortable using CRM tools to manage your pipeline, and you possess a genuine passion for the potential of cryptocurrency and staking. Most importantly, you are a humble, results-oriented teammate who leads with authenticity and is always looking for ways to improve our processes.
