The role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position for an experienced sales professional who is ready to take ownership of our growth. You will serve as a key advisor to HR leaders, helping them navigate the complexities of leave administration through our innovative platform.
Core responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR professionals and channel partners by identifying their unique pain points and demonstrating how our solution provides immediate value.
- Master our product demonstrations and value-based storytelling to effectively communicate the benefits of our platform and consistently meet or exceed your sales quotas.
- Utilize our modern sales technology stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to manage your pipeline and accelerate the buying cycle.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven history of hitting and exceeding performance targets.
- A deep understanding of HR Tech and the ability to articulate complex ROI to multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and listen actively to customer needs.
- A self-directed, learner’s mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment and values data-driven optimization.
- Proficiency in English and a high level of comfort working with modern sales tools.
