We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. Since our founding in 2018, we have operated with co-headquarters in Dublin and Boston to provide an intelligent workflow platform that combines AI and automation to deliver real business results. We serve a diverse range of global customers, including organizations like Canva, Databricks, and Elastic, by acting as an integrator across the entire tech stack. Our mission is to help security, IT, and engineering teams achieve their goals through secure and private automation, and we are currently seeking a motivated professional to help us expand our presence in the DACH region.
Responsibilities
- Drive demand and build awareness for our automation platform by helping organizations across the DACH region identify and implement high-value use cases.
- Manage the full sales cycle for complex transactions, collaborating closely with our technical sales engineers, marketing teams, and channel partners to close new business.
- Actively prospect for new opportunities within the DACH market to supplement inbound leads and develop a robust pipeline of enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role, preferably focused on the enterprise or public sector markets within the DACH region.
- Demonstrated success in selling technical solutions to stakeholders such as CISOs, CIOs, and IT Directors, including experience navigating complex procurement and compliance requirements.
- Professional fluency in both German and English, paired with the ability to communicate technical value clearly and effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a proven ability to build new territories from the ground up and a strong desire to collaborate across departments to ensure customer success.
