We are looking for someone who shares our deep appreciation for youth culture and wants to help us continue shaping the modern media landscape.
The opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join our team in New York. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, managing our media platform across digital, social, and experiential channels. You will act as a bridge between our creative vision and our brand partners, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our quarterly and annual goals. This is a chance to work at the intersection of fashion, culture, and advertising, helping to craft campaigns that resonate with our global community.
A day in the life
- You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key agencies and clients while actively building a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- You will collaborate across our internal departments, including creative, production, and editorial teams, to ensure every campaign is executed seamlessly from initial concept to final delivery.
- You will stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging cultural trends and keeping a pulse on the evolving media landscape to better translate client needs into creative solutions.
Who you are
You are a motivated professional with at least two years of experience in advertising, media, PR, or a creative agency setting. You have a genuine passion for streetwear and youth culture, and you understand how to tell stories that capture attention. We are looking for someone who possesses the following:
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in an engaging way.
- A proven track record of hitting revenue targets or other performance-based metrics.
- An exceptional ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and during face-to-face meetings.
- A self-starter mindset with the organizational skills to manage multiple projects independently.
- Fluency in English and full eligibility to work in the United States.
