Account Executive at Cargo-one

We are cargo.one, the leading digital platform transforming the 123 billion dollar air freight industry. Our technology allows freight forwarders to search, compare, and book air cargo capacity across multiple airlines in seconds. With an impressive NPS of +65, we are currently looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as an entrepreneurial ambassador for our brand, managing a specific region and client portfolio to drive our ongoing growth.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of regional growth by selling our solutions to local freight forwarding teams and driving the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with local forwarders while serving as their expert consultant on how to maximize organizational productivity through our platform.
• Collaborate closely with our product and marketing teams to refine our offerings, provide regional feedback, and contribute to both local and global campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in sales.
• Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in German.
• An entrepreneurial mindset paired with excellent analytical skills and the ability to make structured, data-backed decisions.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
• A growth-oriented approach, a willingness to embrace uncertainty, and a proactive attitude toward giving and receiving feedback.
• While not required, experience in logistics or air freight is considered a significant plus.
