Account Executive at 1848 Ventures

TakeUp is changing the game for the hospitality industry by helping independent operators maximize their revenue through bold, AI-driven pricing strategies. Our platform integrates directly with property management systems to replace outdated rate-setting methods with data-backed confidence, consistently delivering a 10-15x return on investment for our clients. We are looking for a high-energy sales professional to help us scale our reach and bring this technology to more boutique hotels, glamping sites, and bed and breakfasts.

Role at a glance

We are searching for a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that is open to candidates located anywhere. You will be instrumental in driving our growth by connecting with independent hospitality businesses and showing them how our software can transform their bottom line.

Your impact

• Drive new business by identifying and targeting opportunities within the SMB hospitality sector, including independent hotels and glamping operations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and lead generation all the way through to closing the deal.
• Collaborate across teams by working with our marketing, product, and customer success departments to ensure our clients receive tailored solutions and long-term support.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role within the SaaS industry, specifically focusing on the SMB market.
• A proven track record of managing a full sales cycle and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to build trust and guide potential clients through the sales process.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a major plus, especially if you have experience working with independent lodging or glamping businesses.
• A self-motivated mindset that allows you to thrive in a remote environment while remaining a collaborative team player.
