We are looking for a visionary leader to help us scale our impact and bring our preventive health mission to the mid-market.
Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in France, where you will report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer. You will play a pivotal part in shaping our go-to-market strategy and evangelizing our preventive health offering to mid-sized businesses.
Your impact
- Strategy Development: Design and execute our mid-market sales approach with the autonomy to test, iterate, and scale our processes.
- Prospecting & Evangelizing: Identify high-potential companies and invite them to experience our check-up centers firsthand to see the future of health in action.
- Consultative Selling: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing, while positioning Zoī as a key strategic partner.
What you'll need
- A proven track record of closing deals and shaping sales strategies in fast-paced environments.
- A visionary mindset that allows you to think beyond immediate targets and contribute to the long-term future of B2B health partnerships.
- Exceptional resilience and agility, with a natural ability to work across departments like marketing, product, and operations.
- Full professional fluency in both French and English.
- A drive to grow within complex, high-value domains, with experience in startups, healthtech, or SaaS considered a strong advantage.
