We are growing at an incredible pace, and we have reached this point entirely without a dedicated sales team. Now, we are ready to bring on our first Account Executive to help us scale and take our business to the next level. If you are a builder at heart who thrives in an early-stage environment, we want to talk to you.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site in the United States. You will be our first dedicated sales hire, reporting directly to our CEO as we modernize the software landscape for equipment dealers and rental businesses.
Your impact
- Drive revenue by taking sales qualified leads through the entire funnel, from initial deal creation all the way to contract execution and final payment.
- Build the pipeline by identifying companies that fit our ideal customer profile and executing a personalized engagement strategy to bring them into our sales process.
- Collaborate across teams by sharing direct customer feedback with our product, marketing, and operations groups to help refine our sales collateral and overall strategy.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in sales at an early-stage company, with a clear history of hitting targets and closing deals.
- A proven ability to manage complex sales cycles that typically last between 3 and 9 months.
- Deep experience selling SaaS or software solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
- A resourceful, practical mindset that allows you to act as a trusted advisor to our customers.
- Fluency in English and a high level of comfort working within CRM tools to maintain accurate pipeline data.
Please note that we encourage you to apply even if you do not check every single box. We value passion and potential as much as experience.
Perks and compensation
We believe in a meritocratic culture where your hard work leads to significant opportunities for career growth. You will be joining a team of dedicated professionals with backgrounds from companies like Uber and Ramp, all working together to disrupt the construction and logistics industries.
