At Vesta we are building the modern system of record that will power the multi-trillion-dollar mortgage industry. Our founding team previously helped banks move to the cloud at Blend, and we have now raised $55 million from Andreessen Horowitz, Bain Capital Ventures, Conversion Capital, Zigg Capital, and Index Ventures to replace fax machines and manual reviews with open, automated software workflows. We are looking for an experienced sales professional who wants to shape how an early-stage company sells into enterprise mortgage lenders.
What you'll be doing
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise mortgage lenders, from first outreach through signed contract.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders while running discovery calls and product demonstrations that move deals forward.
- Document repeatable sales processes and share customer insights that help refine both our go-to-market approach and product roadmap.
What you'll bring
You are an entrepreneurial enterprise software seller who enjoys building from the ground up. You have a proven record of closing complex, high-value deals and are comfortable managing every stage of the sales cycle yourself. Strong relationship-building skills allow you to connect with stakeholders at all levels and drive consensus across large organizations. You pick up technical concepts quickly and translate them for both technical and business audiences. Self-motivation, clear organization, and consistent follow-through are second nature. Experience in mortgage or financial services is helpful but not required; what matters most is genuine curiosity about customer challenges and a collaborative approach to solving them. You are fluent in English and ready to work remotely from anywhere.
What you'll get
The OTE compensation range for this role is $200,000 - $300,000 per year. Final amounts depend on your experience and expertise.
