Role at a glance
We are seeking a mid-level Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere, offering you the chance to help shape our sales strategy as we continue to scale.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery to final negotiation and closing.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in risk, fraud, and operations departments.
- Utilize AI tools and creative strategies to enhance your outreach, improve deal execution, and maintain an accurate, healthy pipeline.
What you'll need
You should have at least 2 years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying SaaS sales role, ideally within the fintech or B2B AI sectors. We value candidates who possess a high-ownership mindset and a competitive drive to win. You must be a clear communicator who is comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Proficiency in English is required, along with a natural curiosity for testing new technologies to optimize your sales process.
Perks and compensation
The on-target earnings for this position range from $230,000 to $240,000, which includes a base salary and commission structure along with accelerators for top performance.
