We are looking for a driven, ambitious Account Executive to join our team in Austin, Texas, and help us continue this momentum.

What you'll be doing

  • You will manage the full sales cycle by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with real estate agents and brokerages who want to stand out in a competitive market.
  • You will maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed your monthly performance quotas.
  • You will execute a high-quality sales process, ensuring every client receives a top-tier experience from their first interaction through to onboarding.

What you'll bring

  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, covering everything from initial prospecting to closing deals.
  • You possess a strong background in selling software or online services, with familiarity in SaaS, web development, or digital marketing.
  • You are proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage your daily tasks and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • You have a genuine interest in the real estate sector and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • You are a self-starter who excels at building rapport, paying attention to detail, and collaborating within a team-oriented salesforce.
  • You are fluent in English and based in the Austin, Texas area, as this is an on-site role.
