We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team and drive growth for Upshop. As the market leader in Total Store Operations for the grocery and convenience store sectors, we provide an AI-powered SaaS platform that connects store operations to improve sales, sustainability, and food safety for over 450 retail chains across 35 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand our footprint and increase solution adoption within existing enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to demonstrate how our technology and data insights lead to measurable business outcomes.
  • Engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders using a consultative approach to influence decision-making.
  • Articulate the ROI of our SaaS solutions and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across our product lines.
  • Manage account activity, pipeline health, and sales forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Work cross-functionally with our product, marketing, and implementation teams to ensure client success.
  • Lead contract renewals and expansion negotiations to foster long-term partnerships.

Must-haves

  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or account management.
  • A proven track record of growing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, executive engagement, and building business cases.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in retail or grocery technology, including supply chain or warehousing.
  • Experience working within high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with additional CRM tools like ZenDesk.
