What you'll be doing

  • You will manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery to conducting demos, navigating negotiations, and closing deals with school district officials.
  • You will build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in K-12 institutions to drive consistent revenue growth and ensure high levels of client retention.
  • You will maintain accurate records of your sales pipeline and customer interactions within Salesforce while contributing your insights to refine our internal sales playbook.

What you'll bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 5 years of successful experience selling K-12 solutions, with a strong preference for those who have navigated the complexities of the RFP process.
  • You possess a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding B2B sales quotas and have a demonstrated ability to establish a strong footprint in new territories.
  • You are a clear and effective communicator who is comfortable using Salesforce and thrives in the fast-paced, high-growth environment of a startup.
  • While you can work from anywhere in the United States, experience developing relationships with schools in Texas or Missouri is highly valued.
  • You are fluent in English and bring a genuine hunger to learn, grow, and succeed alongside our team.

What you'll get

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, plus commissions.
