We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join our commercial team and help us transform how organizations leverage people data. At Windfall, we provide actionable intelligence through our AI-powered platform, helping over 1,500 organizations optimize their go-to-market strategies. What you'll be doing
- You will research prospective mid-market accounts and execute strategic outbound prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline.
- You will utilize a consultative approach to understand the unique pain points of your prospects, presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of the Windfall platform.
- You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and executive-level presentations to negotiating, structuring, and closing deals to ensure consistent quota attainment.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Executive, specifically within consultative technology sales, with a proven track record of exceeding your targets.
- A deep understanding of data applications and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency with essential sales tools, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to maintain focus while managing multiple priorities.
- A bachelor's degree is required, and experience within a high-growth startup environment or an understanding of the adtech and martech ecosystems is highly preferred.
What you'll get
For this full-time, on-site position based in the United States, we offer a base salary range of $120,000 to $150,000. In addition to your base pay, you will benefit from:
