The role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our vibrant, fast-growing team in Amsterdam. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will play a vital role in our expansion by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals with mid-market and enterprise companies, specifically those with 200 to over 1,000 employees.
Core responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by actively prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities within our target market segments.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and product demonstrations to final contract negotiation and closure.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and pipeline management by utilizing tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Gong to track all client interactions.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in B2B SaaS sales and a passion for competitive growth. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a dedicated B2B SaaS closing role.
- Native proficiency in Dutch and excellent communication skills in English.
- A proven track record of generating outbound pipeline through cold calling, social media, and strategic networking.
- Technical fluency with modern sales stacks, including Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Gong.
- A proactive, organized, and analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
