About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will focus on driving new business across educational institutions in the Americas. You will own the entire sales cycle, from proactive outbound prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to an exceptional customer experience. This is a chance to work with a seasoned team and contribute to a rapidly growing market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Customer Value: Identify and solve customer challenges by aligning our technology with their specific needs, while proactively engaging with stakeholders to build strategic, long-term partnerships.
  • Master Our Platform: Develop deep expertise in our complex technology to conduct tailored demonstrations that directly address user pain points and desired outcomes.
  • Foster Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion and platform adoption.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience managing and closing deals within a fast-paced technology organization.
  • Strong proficiency in account planning, prospecting, and communicating with senior executives.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to demonstrate technical products to diverse audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
  • A self-motivated, curious, and positive mindset with a genuine passion for building customer relationships.

Location

This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
