About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. In this high-impact position, you will be responsible for accelerating our sales cycle and closing new business deals. You will focus on identifying market opportunities for our Prezzee Smart Cards, which allow recipients to swap their digital gifts for a wide variety of top-tier retailer and experience cards. This role requires a candidate with significant experience in rewards, loyalty, or incentive sales, or experience working within the insurance, gaming, or professional services sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the rapid expansion of our new business funnel while managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Execute on all sales KPIs, including conducting meetings, submitting proposals, and hitting revenue targets.
  • Manage the full B2B onboarding process, including running product demos and serving as the primary interface for your clients to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Significant professional experience selling into rewards, loyalty, gift card, or incentive programs, or alternatively, experience selling into insurance, casinos, or professional services.
  • Strong capabilities in outbound prospecting and a proven history of delivering successful relationship management outcomes.
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work comfortably with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Location

This is an on-site position based in either our Chelsea office in New York City or our office in San Jose, California.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 USD, depending on your individual experience and industry benchmarks. In addition to competitive incentives, we offer a robust benefits package, including:
