We are looking for a senior-level Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Key outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, starting from initial prospecting through to the final contract signature.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations for C-suite executives and VPs, both in person and remotely.
- Draft detailed proposals and lead complex negotiations to reach successful agreements.
- Utilize our core sales stack, including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach, to maintain efficiency.
- Represent our company at industry conferences across the country, building relationships with stakeholders ranging from research scientists to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience selling software solutions to enterprise-level organizations.
- A proven track record of self-generating your own pipeline and managing effective prospecting efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate internal champions and navigate multi-stakeholder environments during complex sales cycles.
- A deep sense of curiosity and the ability to engage comfortably with technical professionals across various scientific applications.
- The flexibility to travel for business between 25% and 50% of the time.
- The availability to accommodate early morning calls starting at 7:00 AM PST to coordinate with teams and clients on the East Coast and in Europe.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience working within an early-stage start-up setting.
- Academic or professional background in chemistry, materials science, or biology.
Compensation
The salary for this position is 80,000 USD to 120,000 USD base, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of 180,000 USD to 250,000 USD. This role also includes an equity package.
