With our headquarters in Switzerland and a presence across Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, and Singapore, we are looking for a lead-level Account Executive to join our team and drive our expansion throughout the DACH region and Eastern Europe.
What you'll be doing
- You will own and drive sales growth by recruiting new customers across higher education, government, and corporate sectors while managing your pipeline and forecasts.
- You will manage and acquire strategic partnerships, which includes onboarding new partners and building alliances to expand our market reach and execute joint sales activities.
- You will conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights that help align our product and marketing strategies with our broader organizational goals.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of proven experience in sales management, ideally within the EdTech or SaaS sectors. You are comfortable working with higher education clients, and any experience with government or corporate organizations is a significant plus. Because you will be working closely with our DACH region, you must be a native German speaker and possess professional fluency in English. You are proficient with CRM tools, comfortable setting and tracking KPIs, and prepared to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and partners.
