We are ReMatter, a fast-growing startup building the modern operating system for the industrial scrap recycling industry. This sector is a massive 120 billion dollar market, and our platform helps the world’s largest recyclers turn consumer and industrial scrap into valuable new materials. Founded by three Forbes 30-Under-30 Stanford graduates and backed by top Silicon Valley investors, we are looking for ambitious, competitive individuals to join our sales team and help us scale. What you'll be doing
- You will master the ReMatter product and learn the intricacies of the scrap metal recycling industry to effectively demonstrate how our solution drives better business outcomes for our clients.
- You will actively prospect for new business, building strong relationships through digital channels, phone outreach, and in-person events to grow our customer base.
- You will manage the full sales cycle, from driving the discovery and qualification process to running product demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
What you'll bring
- You possess at least 3 years of proven success in a closing sales role.
- You have a strong competitive spirit, grit, and the ability to stay highly organized in a dynamic startup environment.
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with a balance of high emotional and intellectual intelligence.
- You are a clear communicator in English, both in writing and in conversation, with a strong ability to listen and learn.
- You have a customer-first mindset and a bias toward action.
- It is a plus if you hold a BA or BS degree or have prior experience selling SaaS products to non-technical buyers.
- You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
