Workyard is a rapidly expanding startup that is transforming the construction industry. We have built an innovative workforce management platform designed to bring much-needed transparency, trust, and technology to a sector that spends over 300 billion dollars on labor every year. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area but operating as a distributed team across the United States, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-velocity, full-cycle closing role where you will have the chance to make a significant impact while prospecting and securing new business.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your monthly sales targets within your assigned territory.
- Manage and refine your business pipeline through dedicated, focused outbound prospecting.
- Conduct high-volume sales calls to demonstrate our B2B SaaS platform, build meaningful relationships, and close new deals.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably working with SMB or mid-market clients.
- A proven track record of success in outbound sales or sales development.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work as a self-starter.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of an organization.
- A bachelor's degree.
- A collaborative spirit and a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Previous knowledge of the construction industry is considered a significant asset.
