Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is open to candidates located anywhere, and it is perfect for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment where strategic thinking and relationship building are the keys to success.

Your impact

• Manage a robust funnel of 50 to 100 active prospects, guiding them through every stage of the sales cycle from initial outreach to successful onboarding.
• Lead engaging product demonstrations via video conference, where you will build lasting relationships, address customer questions, and skillfully navigate objections.
• Take ownership of your sales targets by consistently meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals based on portfolio growth.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a collaborative and creative thinker who is comfortable in a rapidly evolving industry. You will need:

• Proven experience in fintech or the vacation rental space.
• Strong expertise in sales prospecting, objection handling, and revenue management.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to refine sales processes and contribute to our overall market approach.
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate our value proposition to partners and clients.

Perks and compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward your expertise and drive. You can expect a base salary between $105,000 and $120,000, with on-target earnings ranging from $175,000 to $200,000 depending on experience.
