What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, remote basis from anywhere. In this role, you will be a key driver of our customer acquisition strategy, utilizing your expertise in Salesforce, outbound sales, and pipeline management to expand our footprint in the tech and hospitality space. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering against a defined revenue quota.
- Researching and engaging target accounts through diverse channels, including email, phone, social media, and direct meetings.
- Collaborating with SDRs to qualify leads and establishing an outbound sales process that allows us to scale effectively.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you must be a self-starter with a proven track record in the full sales cycle. We require at least three years of professional sales experience, including a minimum of two years dedicated to closing deals. Because we operate in a specialized sector, prior experience in hospitality tech is mandatory. You must be fluent in both English and German to communicate effectively with our international client base. We value candidates who are organized, driven, and capable of managing complex sales forecasting with precision.
