Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a pivotal role for an experienced sales leader who is ready to help us scale our operations and establish a strong presence in South Korea.
Your impact
- Drive the growth of our business in Korea by identifying and pursuing high-potential clients through both self-prospecting and internal leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial cold calling and discovery to closing deals and coordinating client onboarding.
- Consult with partners to understand their unique supply chain pain points and present value-driven, tech-enabled logistics solutions.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales, with a proven track record of managing the entire sales process.
- Deep industry knowledge and the ability to set and execute strategic plans to hit ambitious sales targets.
- Strong discovery and account management skills, paired with a willingness to engage in cold calling to uncover new opportunities.
- Fluency in both Korean and English is required to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and internal teams.
