Prospyr is a well-funded, seed-stage startup based in Austin, Texas, dedicated to modernizing the aesthetic healthcare industry. Our platform provides Med Spas, plastic surgeons, and dermatologists with the tools they need to streamline clinical operations and enhance patient engagement, and we are looking for a senior-level Account Executive to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to closing new business.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with our product team to refine value propositions and share prospect feedback to influence our roadmap.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Act as a consultant to prospective clients, mapping our software solutions to their specific business needs.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build our presence in the market.
- Develop deep expertise in the aesthetics industry and Med Spa operations.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- A proven track record of hitting targets and executing sales strategies within a startup environment.
- Exceptional presentation, writing, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in using a CRM to manage deal flow and forecast accurately.
- A self-starting mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats and drive momentum.
- Strong collaborative skills for working across business, technical, and product teams.
- A commitment to ethical business practices and professional integrity.
- Fluency in English and the ability to travel as needed.
