The role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a strategic role focused on the United States Air Force sector. You will be responsible for navigating complex government environments to position our specialized technology solutions, requiring a high level of expertise in both sales and defense operations.
Core responsibilities
- Drive business growth by aggressively pursuing new sales opportunities within the United States Air Force sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the USAF community.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the Department of Defense, including its acquisition processes, budget cycles, and funding pathways. You must be a strategic thinker capable of solving complex problems and translating operational needs into technical business solutions. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and comfortable working independently. You should have a proven track record of building relationships with senior military, civilian, and industry stakeholders. Additionally, you must be skilled at navigating complex organizational structures to influence outcomes and gain consensus. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be prepared to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
Compensation and benefits
The typical starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $157,000 to $216,000 USD. This compensation is structured as a 50/50 pay mix between base salary and target variable. In addition to cash compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our stock program. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, flexible work locations, and paid time off.
