What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is hybrid and open to candidates anywhere. You will be instrumental in our expansion by showcasing our innovative digital solutions and guiding customers toward the resources they need to thrive. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting high-level sales demos to present our products and services to new clients and existing members.
• Utilizing your deep product knowledge and persuasive communication skills to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.
• Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including managing membership upgrades and executing effective sales outreach.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive collaborator with a proven history of excellence in B2C sales and business development. You must possess strong skills in online communication, including email, social media, and video presentation. We value candidates who are detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and genuinely passionate about personal development. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where you are expected to lead while also rolling up your sleeves to get work done. Proficiency in English is required for this role.

What we offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 USD for this position. Beyond compensation, we support our team members with the following benefits:
