Are you ready to help us shape the future of affiliate marketing for SaaS companies? We are looking for an ambitious professional to join the Rewardful team, which is a key brand under the saas.group umbrella. Since 2018, Rewardful has become the go-to solution for businesses using Stripe or Paddle to manage their affiliate programs, and we are now looking for our first Account Executive to help us reach the next level.
What you bring
As a mid-level Account Executive working in a remote capacity from anywhere in the world, you will be responsible for turning inbound interest into long-term partnerships while building our outbound sales playbook from the ground up. You will need to maintain at least 5 hours of daily overlap with the U.S. East Coast to effectively support our primary customer base. Your core responsibilities include:
- Managing the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market clients, from initial prospecting and discovery to final negotiation and closing.
- Leading consultative product demos that clearly articulate the value of Rewardful to potential users.
- Taking ownership of our HubSpot pipeline to ensure all trials and sales-assisted signups are tracked with precision and timely follow-ups.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales who is comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and high-volume call schedules. You should possess a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of consultative selling techniques. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as you will be explaining technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders. We value individuals who are self-motivated, autonomous, and capable of identifying new lead sources through email, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
