This role is part of our Rewardful team, one of our growing brands at saas.group.

It's the go-to choice for tons of small SaaS businesses aiming to set up affiliate programs, with a big user base today.

Profile Overview

As Rewardful’s first Account Executive, your focus will be turning a steady inbound stream into long‑term customers while building a simple, repeatable outbound motion from scratch. You’ll drive Rewardful’s growth by shaping the playbook, running consultative discovery and demos, keeping the pipeline moving, and scaling what works. You’ll lead thoughtful discovery, give clear demos, and stay close to larger deals through go‑live. As our customer base is primarily US-based, the Account Executive should have at least 5 hours of daily overlap with the U.S. East Coast.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Take ownership of inbound demos and start executing timely, high‑quality follow‑ups.
  • Own and organize the HubSpot pipeline, ensuring accurate notes, tasks, and next steps across sales‑assisted signups and trials.
  • Stand up and iterate targeted outbound to unlock more mid‑market conversations.

Your responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle across SMB and mid‑market: inbound and outbound prospecting, discovery, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by both acquiring new leads through outbound efforts and converting qualified opportunities from inbound.
  • Lead consultative conversations to align each prospect with the right use case of Rewardful and position value.
  • Prospect via email, LinkedIn, and social; identify new lead sources and include cold calling where needed.
  • Remain involved post‑close on higher‑value migrations until complete, monitor renewals and product activation, and spot upsell opportunities with existing customers.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Support, Marketing, and the CEO.

What You bring to the table

  • 3+ years of professional experience in B2B SaaS sales with proven experience closing SMB and mid‑market customers.
  • Capable of handling a high volume of weekly calls, with quick sales cycles
  • Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with the full sales cycle including lead generation, product demos, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Proven consultative/solution‑selling skills for a technical product.
  • Comfortable running both inbound and outbound motions.
  • Strong capability to work autonomously with excellent self-motivation and initiative.
  • Advanced communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
