What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in driving our new business growth, specifically focusing on the Canadian market. If you are a results-oriented professional who excels at navigating complex sales cycles and building meaningful client relationships, we would love to meet you.
What will you do?
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline while consistently working to exceed your quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for prospective clients, conducting discovery calls and delivering tailored presentations that highlight our unique value proposition.
- Collaborate with our internal product teams by acting as the voice of the market, which helps us refine our offerings and prioritize future developments.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in sales and a passion for our mission. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience selling into mid to large enterprises, particularly within the employer health benefits sector.
- A proven history of hitting and surpassing sales goals.
- Experience collaborating with consulting firms that assist employers in evaluating new benefit programs.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and excellent interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills.
- Fluency in English and the ability to navigate complex topics like cost savings and regulatory compliance.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
