At Ledgy, we are dedicated to transforming Europe into a hub for entrepreneurship by providing a sophisticated, tech-forward platform for equity management and financial reporting. Since our founding in Switzerland in 2017, we have grown into a global team that spans 26 countries. We serve some of the most prominent scale-ups in the region, including companies like Revolut, Vinted, and Huel. We are currently looking for a mid-level Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will report directly to our Co-Founder and Co-CEO, helping us drive our pan-European expansion while working within a high-performing culture that values transparency, humility, and ambition.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities and qualifying inbound leads to drafting proposals and closing deals with senior decision-makers.
- Develop and refine innovative outbound strategies to build a sustainable pipeline, while collaborating with our Customer Success team to identify and secure upgrade opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to our product team and mentoring newer team members as you help shape our internal sales processes and collateral.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales within a high-growth B2B SaaS startup environment, ideally at the Series A stage or beyond.
- A proven track record of success, including experience managing a significant ARR quota and consistently performing in the top tier of your sales team.
- Strong technical proficiency and a hunter mindset, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders and executives in English.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, a high degree of accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can learn new concepts quickly.
