What you'll be doing
- You will manage the entire sales cycle for enterprise legal departments, focusing on closing deals that range from $100,000 to over $1,000,000 in annual recurring revenue.
- You will engage directly with General Counsel, legal operations leaders, and IT stakeholders to demonstrate how our platform solves their most critical operational challenges.
- You will collaborate closely with our business development representatives and solution engineers to craft and deliver high-impact, value-based presentations that resonate with prospective clients.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in enterprise software and a passion for legal technology. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally with 2 or more years specifically focused on the legal tech sector.
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas within complex, consultative environments.
- Deep business acumen and the ability to clearly articulate the strategic value and return on investment of our software.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, presentation, and professional communication.
- A proactive, hunter mentality combined with the ability to work effectively in a team-based selling environment.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce to manage your pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
We offer a competitive base salary range of $125,000 to $150,000, in addition to commission opportunities. Beyond your compensation, you will also receive the following benefit:
