What you'll be doing
- Identify and close new business opportunities while expanding our footprint within existing enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key clinical and IT stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our marketing and customer success teams to target new users and maintain accurate sales forecasts within Salesforce.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience selling complex healthcare IT SaaS solutions to large enterprise accounts. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications and skills:
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a demonstrated ability to convert competitive accounts.
- Deep technical understanding of cloud services, EMR integration, and SaaS business models.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
- A consultative approach, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex client needs into effective strategies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and a willingness to travel for business between 50% and 80% of the time.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
For this position, the OTE salary range is between 315,000 USD and 325,000 USD. Please note that this range does not include potential discretionary bonuses or equity packages. In addition to competitive compensation, you will receive the following benefit:
