We are looking for a senior Account Executive to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, on-site basis. Key outcomes
- Take full ownership of your territory by developing and executing a strategic business plan.
- Consistently achieve and exceed an annual recurring revenue target of over $600K.
- Collaborate with our marketing and business development teams to design and implement effective pipeline generation strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from inbound and outbound prospecting to closing deals.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity by keeping our CRM updated and providing accurate sales forecasts.
- Act as a foundational member of our commercial team, contributing to strategy iteration and future leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven success in consistently hitting or exceeding targets within a high-performance SaaS sales organization.
- Expertise in pipeline generation, with a track record of maintaining at least 3x coverage.
- Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, specifically MEDDIC, value selling, and challenger selling.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to tailor communication to various stakeholder levels.
- Demonstrable experience in identifying and nurturing champions throughout the sales process.
- Excellent organizational skills and a data-driven approach to sales.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience selling to traditional industries such as energy, manufacturing, or construction.
- Prior experience working within the climate tech or green tech sectors.
