We are looking for a senior Account Executive to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, on-site basis. Key outcomes

  • Take full ownership of your territory by developing and executing a strategic business plan.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed an annual recurring revenue target of over $600K.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and business development teams to design and implement effective pipeline generation strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from inbound and outbound prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity by keeping our CRM updated and providing accurate sales forecasts.
  • Act as a foundational member of our commercial team, contributing to strategy iteration and future leadership initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven success in consistently hitting or exceeding targets within a high-performance SaaS sales organization.
  • Expertise in pipeline generation, with a track record of maintaining at least 3x coverage.
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, specifically MEDDIC, value selling, and challenger selling.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to tailor communication to various stakeholder levels.
  • Demonstrable experience in identifying and nurturing champions throughout the sales process.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience selling to traditional industries such as energy, manufacturing, or construction.
  • Prior experience working within the climate tech or green tech sectors.
