What is this role?
We are looking for a mid-level Account Executive to join our expanding sales team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States, requiring you to be in the office three days a week. You will be a key player in our revenue engine, helping us scale our business while delivering immense value to our SMB and mid-market customers.
What will you do?
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting all the way to closing deals within our target market segments.
- Create and deliver customized product demonstrations that highlight how Otter can solve specific client challenges.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer by working closely with our product and marketing teams to refine our offerings.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of experience closing deals in a fast-paced SaaS environment. We value candidates who are comfortable navigating complex procurement, legal, and finance processes. You should have a strong command of English and be highly proficient with modern sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator. We are looking for someone who is resilient, collaborative, and committed to building repeatable processes that drive high-volume success.
