Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an opportunity to work from anywhere as you help us shape our sales strategy and scale our impact. You will be joining a high-talent-density team where you will be expected to perform at your best, learn quickly, and contribute to our growth from day one.
Your impact
- Own and manage a full sales pipeline, moving from initial discovery to closing deals independently within your first three months.
- Collaborate with our leadership to define and refine our sales playbook as we scale our operations.
- Mentor new team members and contribute to the overall growth and success of our sales organization.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate is a scrappy, ambitious professional who is comfortable navigating ambiguity. You should possess:
- Expertise in sales, pipeline management, and delivering customer solutions.
- A strong aptitude for coaching and problem solving.
- Fluency in English.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to learn new tools quickly and take full ownership of your projects.
- The drive to seek out feedback and continuously improve your craft in a fast-paced environment.
Perks and compensation

- Base salary range of $60,000 to $110,000.
- On-target earnings of $120,000 to $220,000.
