Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead contact to final contract closing.
- Drive new customer acquisition and manage existing accounts within the construction, engineering, and property management industries.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, both online and in person, to help onboard new clients.
- Maintain a sharp focus on data and reporting to track your progress against revenue and sales targets.
- Develop and refine your own unique style of pitching and negotiation while collaborating with internal departments.
Must-haves
- A proven track record in sales with a passion for presenting and negotiating deals.
- Fluency in English, along with strong communication skills in Slovak and preferably Czech.
- A sociable, flexible, and results-driven mindset.
- Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly master new software tools.
- A valid class B driving license and a willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Experience in or a strong interest in the IT, construction, or real estate industries.
