Founded in 2018 by industry leaders from Palantir, OpenGov, and GoFundMe, we provide the tools that thousands of government employees rely on to make decisions that serve the public interest. We believe in building a more accountable and trustworthy government, and we are looking for a driven individual to help us scale that vision.
Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas, requiring you to be in the office at least 3 days per week. You will report directly to our Head of Growth and play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across state and local government agencies.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery calls to closing complex deals within your assigned territory.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to government officials by identifying their unique operational pain points and demonstrating how our platform provides the definitive solution.
- Maintain a high-velocity pipeline through consistent lead sourcing, accurate revenue forecasting, and diligent CRM management to ensure we hit our growth targets.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a self-starter who is comfortable navigating the nuances of government procurement. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience specifically selling to government entities, with a documented history of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven success in managing and closing deals in the $50k to $750k range without relying on SDR support.
- Expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and pipeline management.
- Professional fluency in English and the ability to travel for on-site meetings 25% to 33% of the time.
- A deep understanding of government decision-making structures and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match.
- Unlimited vacation policy and paid holidays.
- Life insurance and short/long-term disability coverage.
- Flexible hours and a monthly stipend to support your remote work setup.
- Office equipment allowance to ensure your workspace is optimized.
- Generous parental and sick leave.
- Opportunities for work anniversary equity grants.
- Paid time off to participate in community and volunteer events.
