What you bring
As a Mid-Level Account Executive in this full-time role, you will be the face of our firm as you visit law firms within your territory to build lasting partnerships and share our value proposition. You will be responsible for educating partners on our service areas and managing a robust book of business to generate high-quality leads. While this position offers remote flexibility, you must be located within an hour of Birmingham. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Proactively planning your schedule to conduct daily in-person meetings with law firms while maintaining consistent follow-up through emails and calls.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with both active and prospective accounts to ensure long-term engagement.
- Tracking and recording key metrics throughout the sales process to ensure you are meeting and exceeding your financial goals.
Requirements
We are looking for a charismatic and self-motivated professional who carries themselves with a polished, classy, and professional persona. You should possess at least three years of experience in Business Development or Account Management, ideally within the legal sector. A bachelor’s degree is required, and you must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to interpret financial data to drive decision-making, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. If you are based in Florida, please note that you must also be a licensed attorney to qualify for this position.
